... "backed" up all my info, was leary and burned multiple discs, just in case, and thank god I did, within 2 months, the drive was no longer accessible. Called warranty dept, apparently , loss of power source is a big problem, I could at my own expense, mail the drive back and they would try to access it, no guarantees, or access it myself and void the warranty all together. I don't want others filing through my personal info, so here ut sits, dead and full of my life's files.... big waste of money, wish i had listened to the bad revues and not bought it at all... ...
